Juan is the founder of MG Glass. He brings over 20 years of experience in the glass industry. His journey began in San Francisco as a helper in his brother’s glass shop, learning the trade from the ground up.
Through dedication, hard work and a commitment to quality, Juan developed the skills and expertise that would become the foundation of his career.
Juan relocated to Atlanta where he continued to grow his craft and establish his own foothold in the industry here. Over the years he earned a reputation for precision craftsmanship, reliability and attention to detail.
At MG Glass, Juan takes pride in delivering high quality glass solutions while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. He leads with the same values he started with: honesty, hard work and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
His hands-on approach ensures that every project reflects his passion and meets the highest standards.
MG Glass is more than just a business to Sandra. It is something she has helped to build through years of hard work and real experience. Over the past 11 years, she is involved in every part of the industry, from working hands-on in the field to managing the day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
Sandra specializes in commercial and residential estimating, along with handling accounting and payroll. She helps make sure every project is organized, accurate and runs smoothly from start to finish. Being involved in both the field and the office has given her a clear understanding of how to keep projects on track and customers taken care of.
As a family owned business, what matters most to Sandra is keeping things honest, straightforward and dependable. She takes pride in the work she does and is someone people can count on.
MG Glass is a reflection of her experience, her work ethic and the values she stands behind every day.

Great communication, pricing and installation. Friendly and helpful guys were able to replace a custom build window. Thank you!
I can't justly describe the amount of money this team saved us on updating the 43 windows in our home. The team was first class from their survey to their installation process and production timelines. Other firms didn't get it right. Finally, they really stand by their work!
Update 10/1/2022 I've changed my rating to 5 stars. Last month MG Glass reached out to advise they received in the square hinges and asked if I wanted to swap out. Why of course!!! This is excellent customer service - own it and make it right! Love how my glass shower door. So many compliments. I've added a new pic of the square hinges. So far so good! Love the way my frameless shower door looks. The reason for the 4 star and not 5 star, my hardware doesn't match the style. The handle and clips are square but the hinges are curved.
